The Rose Garden Store welcomes you to our web site and thanks you for shopping with us. Our museum store is located at the International Rose Test Gardens in Portland, Oregon. Proceeds from The Rose Garden Store go to benefit Portland’s Rose Gardens. When you are in the City of Roses, we hope you’ll visit us.


Our customer service team is available to help you by telephone 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST). Your inquiries are also welcome by fax or e-mail. If you need to reach us outside of our regular hours please leave a message by phone, FAX or email. Someone will get back to you by the end of the next business day.

How to Order

Orders may be placed in three ways:
• Send an online order with a credit card.
• Place your order by telephone with a credit card.
• Print out your order and mail it with your credit card information, a cashier’s check or money order, payable to the Rose Garden Store.


Online Ordering Security

Security is a primary concern of the Rose Garden Store. We provide secure 24-hour on-line ordering. Our site is a COMODO Authentic Site, and utilizes encryption software to protect information from being disclosed to third parties.

The Rose Garden Store respects your privacy and encourages you to review our privacy policy which provides important details about how we gather and protect the personal information of our Web site visitors.


Shipping

Items are shipped to you via UPS at the address you specify. We will also ship directly to the recipients of your gift purchases. Requests for other carriers may incur additional shipping and handling fees. Special handling charges may apply for certain fragile and oversize items. These additional amounts are clearly noted in our product


Delivery

We will ship your order promptly. In the unlikely event of any delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Items are charged to your credit card as they are shipped. All items may not be shipped at the same time or included in the same package.

 

Customer Copy of Order

We encourage you to print and save a copy of your completed order form. While we do not anticipate any problem fulfilling your order, if a question or problem arises you will have convenient information available to contact us.


Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email for every order you submit to rosegardenstore.org. You will also receive a confirmation when your order is shipped. We recommend that you print and save both for your reference.


For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.


Domestic Payment Information

Online and telephone orders must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. Mail orders may be made by credit card, cashier’s check, or money order in U.S. dollars, payable to Rose Garden Store.


International Orders and Shipping

Due to complex customs and postal regulations, we will calculate additional shipping charges for international orders after your order is received. We will notify you of these additional charges by e-mail, fax, or telephone before the order is filled. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs on international shipments. The Rose Garden Store accepts payment for international orders by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards only.


Returns

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be delighted with your merchandise from the Rose Garden Store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it can be returned for replacement or refund if accompanied by a sales receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase. To obtain a refund, please include a copy of your receipt of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued for items returned without a receipt, however they can be exchanged for other merchandise. The exchange price will be the lowest sale price within the previous three (3) months. Audio and video products may only be returned if found defective or unopened. Please repack items carefully, in original packaging if possible. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The Rose Garden Store reserves the right to change or modify its prices, billing methods, or other terms and conditions applicable to purchases.
