OVERVIEW

Ladd's Addition is Portland's oldest planned community. It was plotted in 1891 and included four diamond shaped parks located on the points of a compass. Today, a team of citizen volunteers assist Portland Parks and Recreation in caring for the 3,000 plants.

The Rose Garden Store is operated by the Portland Rose Festival Association for Portland Parks & Recreation. Proceeds from the store go to benefit the gardens.
