This 40 lb stainless steel bell is made locally--right across the river from Portland in Vancouver, WA. Its beautiful tone comes from recycled materials--an oxygen tank and a hockey puck! On one side there is a silver dragonfly, and on the other a plaque with a rose reading "Portland, Oregon". Comes with matching hook and stainless steel screws to help you hang your bell wherever you please--indoors or outdoors!
